With this RFA , the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Office of Foreign Disaster Assistance (OFDA) is seeking applications for a cooperative agreement from qualified entities to implement the East and Central Africa Rapid Response Fund for Acute Humanitarian Needs Resulting from New Internal Displacement. While one award is anticipated as a result of this notice of funding opportunity (NFO), USAID reserves the right to fund any or none of the applications submitted. Eligible parties interested in submitting an application are encouraged to read this NFO thoroughly to understand the type of program sought, application submission requirements and selection process.
