Description
DARPA is soliciting innovative research proposals in the area of zero-knowledge proofs for complex, DoD-relevant capabilities. Proposed research should investigate innovative approaches that enable revolutionary advances in science, devices, or systems. Specifically excluded is research that primarily results in evolutionary improvements to the existing state of practice. This Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) is being issued, and any resultant selection will be made, using procedures under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.102(d)(2) and 35.016. Any negotiations and/or awards will use procedures under FAR 15.4. Proposals received as a result of this BAA shall be evaluated in accordance with evaluation criteria specified herein through a scientific review process. DARPA BAAs are posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website (https://www.fbo.gov/) and the Grants.gov website (https://www.grants.gov/).
