Description

Funds under this award are to be used to coordinate and develop processes needed to maximize collaboration, communication and coalition building, and to establish and implement a comprehensive collaborative conservation plan as identified by the Range-wide Conservation Coalition. The overall project goal is to advance priority conservation actions aimed at improving the population status of the western pond turtle in Washington, Oregon, Nevada, and California which may reduce the need for listing under the Endangered Species Act.
