This Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) is associated with the Beau Biden Cancer MoonshotSM Initiative that is intended to accelerate cancer research. The purpose of this FOA is to support the addition of new aims and directions to currently funded NCI P50 Specialized Research Center grants that will inform on underlying mechanisms of resistance, preclinical design and foster development of single or combination therapies to effectively target resistant/refractory tumors and/or their microenvironment at the clinical level
