Competitive Base period plus four 1-year option periods for entities who operate Procurement Technical Assistance Centers to provide procurement technical assistance to US businesses.

  • Native American tribal governments (Federally recognized)
  • Native American tribal organizations (other than Federally recognized)

  • Nonprofits without 501(c)(3) status (other than higher education)
