Description

This Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) invites applications to examine the outcomes of care for persons with Alzheimer's disease and Alzheimer's disease-related dementias (AD/ADRD) by identifying home- and community-based services (HCBS) used, as well as barriers to accessing these types of care and unmet needs of persons with AD/ADRD concerning care and services in these settings. This R21 FOA is particularly seeking applications that will develop new measurement instruments in this field and ways to improve data quality and access.
