Description

The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Political-Military Affairs, Office of Weapons Removal and Abatement (PM/WRA) is pleased to invite eligible organizations to submit applications for a cooperative agreement to conduct explosive hazard survey and clearance operations in support of stabilization projects in Iraq during fiscal year 2020. Specific goals, objectives, and technical requirements for application packages are detailed below. PM/WRA anticipates awarding between $0 and $10,000,000 under this opportunity and may not issue any awards at the end of this process.
