Set-aside award to the National Academy of Sciences to continue to provide core program support for a highway research, development, and technology program for FHWA. The purpose of this cooperative agreement is to provide financial and technical support for the Transportation Research Board (TRB), a division within the National Academy of Sciences (NAS), to provide, “Core Program Services for a Highway Research, Development, and Technology Program.”
