The purpose of this Amendment No.3 is to amend Section D.3.5 of the NOFO. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The purpose of this Amendment No.2 is to: (1) amend certain sections of the NOFO and; (2) provide responses to all questions received from potential applicants regarding this NOFO ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The purpose of this Amendment No. 1 is to: 1. Notify potential applicants that the deadline for submitting Questions in response to the subject NOFO is extended to October 31, 2019. The time remains the same. 2. Notify potential applicants that the Closing date for submission of applications is extended to November 25, 2019 at 16:00 Burundi Time. 3. Notify potential applicants that USAID will conduct a Pre-application conference on October 31, 2019 at 09:00 at USAID office in Bujumbura. The pre-application conference is for informational purposes only. All questions and answers will be provided to potential applicants through an amendment to this NOFO posted on www.grants.gov and on the official US Embassy Bujumbura website. Potential applicants who wish to attend the conference are requested to confirm their attendance by registering on the dedicated Google form at the below link.
