The purpose of this modification is to incorporate changes to the Funding Opportunity Announcement, DE-FOA-0002241: • Inserted certain deadlines, including the deadlines for submitting questions and Full Applications. See Cover Page and Required Documents Checklist. • Updated the funding amounts in the Anticipated Awards section of the table on the Cover Page. • Changed naming from REEACH Phase I and REEACH Phase II to REEACH Phase 1 and REEACH Phase 2, to clearly distinguish REEACH Phases from SBIR/STTR Phases (i.e., Phases I, II, and IIS) • Revised language in Section I.F to add technical performance target requirements for ESPG system diagram • Updated SBIR/STTR Funding limits in Section II.A of the FOA • Updated Section III.F.2 with additional Responsiveness Criteria • Updated Section III.F.3 with additional Submissions Specifically Not of Interest • Increased Full Application preparation time from 45 days to 60 days in Section IV.A.3 of the FOA. • Revised the following sections of the FOA to provide guidance on required application forms and the content and form of Full Applications and Replies to Reviewer Comments: Required Documents Checklist and Sections IV.D, IV.E, and IV.G of the FOA.
