Description
This NOFO will support National Stop Transmission of Polio (STOP), a joint initiative with CDC and the African Field Epidemiology Network (AFENET), to build local public health capacity to effectively plan, implement and evaluate polio eradication activities in Nigeria, and in outbreak countries in east and central Africa, as well as other polio at-risk countries in the African Region. This NOFO will also support capacity-building and systems strengthening to control other vaccine-preventable diseases in the African Region. This NOFO is a follow-on to GH15-1612 with the African Field Epidemiology Network (AFENET).
