Description

The Department of Transportation Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization awards cooperative agreements under the Small Business Transportation Resource Center Program (SBTRC) to assist small businesses in competing for transportation-related contracts and subcontracts by providing management and technical assistance services that will enable these businesses to take advantaged of small business opportunities.
