Description

The Award Ceiling for Year 1 is 0 (none). CDC anticipates an Approximate Total Fiscal Year Funding amount of $5,000,000 for Year 1, subject to the availability of funds. This NOFO will support the Ministry of Health (MoH) of the Kingdom of Eswatini to coordinate the HIV response at national and subnational levels. The MoH will work with relevant government departments to transfer skills and build capacity to improve leadership, governance, and coordination for the TB/HIV response. The NOFO also includes activities aimed to support Human Resources for Health (HRH) to reach epidemic control, Strategic Information (SI) and Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) processes as well data use at all levels (facility, regional, and national), ongoing quality improvement (QI), and the development and implementation of a sustainability plan.
