Description

The U.S. Department of Transportation Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization awards cooperative agreements to eligible organizations to assist small and disadvantaged businesses in competing for transportation-related contracts and subcontracts by providing management and technical assistance services that will enable these business to take advantaged of small business opportunities.
