Description

The U.S. Embassy is seeking a contractor that will organize and implement the America Days events in 6 locations throughout Moldova, identified and selected under the guidelines of the U.S. Embassy in Moldova and in close cooperation with local authorities. The events’ purpose is to raise Moldovans’ awareness of U.S. Embassy projects’ impact on Moldova in areas such as education, women’s empowerment, police reform, etc., and also to share a piece of American culture through music, food, sports, and films.Concept: American Days project highlighting the U.S./Moldova partnershipFormat: Open air festival in central public placesLocation: 5 regional cities (including one in the Transnistrian region) and Chisinau for a total of 6 eventsGuests: Up to 500 general public visitors per eventDates: May and June 2020 (specific dates to be determinted)Branding: America Days identity creation and promotionThe Embassy will organize an information session describing in detail the program and answering questions on February 28, 16:00, America House, Banulescu-Bodoni 27.A complete application must contain the following mandatory elements: · Application Format in MS Word format (available for download)· Detailed Budget in MS Excel format (available for download)· Monitoring and Evaluation Plan (Free form)For more details see attached Related Documents.
