Description

To support further progress in forensics reform, the U.S. Department of State has allocated INCLE Funds to promote forensics reform in the Caribbean. This project will provide training and mentoring to selected Caribbean forensic laboratories to improve their processes and procedures to more quickly and reliably produce evidence which is useful in criminal proceedings.
