Description

The U.S. Embassy in Yaounde, Political and Economic Section is seeking proposals for projects that will advance human rights and fundamental freedoms by supporting efforts to promote human rights systems, policies, and protection. In addition, it seeks projects that will promote accountable, transparent and responsive governance to advocate for legislative transparency, accountability, and oversight at all levels of government, and support democratic processes and norms through peace processes and negotiations.Note: The U.S. Embassy expects to receive funding for the ARDF program before September 30, 2020. Grant awards are contingent on the receipt of funding. If the program is not approved, no grants will be awarded under this call.
