Proposals will be accepted for projects located in the state of Wisconsin. This notice identifies the objectives, eligibility criteria, and application instructions for projects. Proposals will be screened for completeness and compliance with the provisions of this notice. Incomplete and/or noncompliant proposals will be eliminated from competition, and notification of elimination will be sent to the applicant. Key Dates Proposals must be received by 4:00 pm Central Standard Time on June 15, 2020. The agency anticipates notifying successful and unsuccessful applicants by June 30, 2020 and expects to have Federal awards in place by September 1, 2020.
