Through this Addendum to the New Partnership Initiative: Conflict Prevention and Recovery Program APS, No. 7200AA19APS00012 USAID/DRC is making a special call for the submission of Concept Notes focused on advancing the rights of Indigenous Peoples in conflict affected areas of eastern DRC. This Addendum is also intended to diversify and broaden USAID’s partner base, as described in the APS announcement. All interested organizations must carefully review both this Addendum AND the Annual Program Statement (APS) No. 7200AA19APS00012, including its associated amendments, which can be found at https://www.grants.gov/web/grants/view-opportunity.html?oppId=315424. The APS is the core of this specific Addendum, and important information contained in the APS announcement may not be repeated in this Addendum.
