National Institute of Corrections

Description

In support of our mission, NIC brings together groups of executives from various disciplines and areas of responsibility within corrections to communicate in frank and open discussions on issues that affect their individual agencies and the field at large. These meetings may include training in the form of special topic presenters, round table discussions on emerging issues, and provide direct assistance to the field. These executives contribute to the field beyond their in-person meetings by advising NIC on issues affecting the personnel and operations of their agencies, informing and contributing to publication development and provide peer/peer technical assistance.
