The USGS is offering a funding opportunity to a CESU partner for research to advance our large-scale understanding of winter ecology in the Upper Mississippi River System (UMRS). Specifically, this research will focus on quantifying the distribution, frequency and controls on suitable over-wintering conditions for fish in the UMRS
