Description
The purpose of this Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) is to solicit applications for the establishment of the Genomic Variation and Function Data and Administrative Coordinating Center (DACC). The DACC will serve as the coordinating center for the Impact of Genomic Variation on Function (IGVF) Consortium and will be responsible for establishment of a resource of consortium generated data, metadata, methods, and tools and coordination of consortium activities. The DACC will also be expected to facilitate consortium-led analyses and outreach to the broader research community. As a member of the IGVF Consortium, the DACC will work closely with all consortium components to accelerate understanding of how genomic variation impacts human health and disease through the coordination of data collection strategies and analyses.
