The principal purpose of the agreement is to provide support to the Fort Stewart/HAAF Integrated Training Area Management (ITAM) Sustainable Range Program (SRP) through a Cooperative Agreement created by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District (USACE) to implement the FSGA/HAAF Integrated Natural Resources Management Plans as supplemented by the Range Complex Master Plan.Statutory Authority: Sikes Act, 16 U.S.C. § 670c-1 – Cooperative Plan for Conservation and Rehabilitation
