The purpose of this modification is to revise the Submission Deadline for Full Applications. The Application Submission Deadline is revised to 11/19/2020 11:59:59 PM ET. The overarching objective of this Funding Opportunity Announcement is to generate lab-scale data and experience to further encourage the development of technologies and commercial approaches to enable a hydrogen-based energy economy while achieving net-negative CO2 emissions thru gasification of coal, biomass, and carbonaceous mixed wastes such as plastics.
