Criteria, Criteria 19, 20, and 26 have been modified.The Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Administration for Native Americans (ANA) announces that it will be soliciting applications for Social Economic Development Strategies for Growing Organizations (SEDS-GO). The goal of this program is to build capacity within Tribes, Native Non-Profits, and other entities which are eligible for ANA funding to strengthen their organizational capacity to compete for and sustain federal grants. The purpose of the Social Economic Development Strategies for Growing Organizations (SEDS-GO) is to provide financial assistance to Tribes and Native organizations that need to build internal capacity in order to better serve the communities where services are provided. The targeted challenges available to focus on within this funding opportunity are: Staff Development, Governance, Effective Grants Management, Strategic/Community Planning, Financial Management Systems, Use of Technology, Ability to Track and Manage Data, and Partnerships. The SEDS-GO is a funding opportunity that has the flexibility for up to a three-year project period with an award ceiling of $200,000 per budget period.
