The purpose of this announcement is to continue to support the implementation of the National Evaluation System for health Technology (NEST) through operations of the NEST Coordinating Center (NESTcc) toward sustainable operations to coincide with the stated purposes and goals listed in Section IV.H of the Medical Device User Fee Act Performance Goals and Procedures, letter MDUFA IV Commitment Letter and future commitments under MDUFA V agreements between FDA and industry
