Description

The purpose of this Addendum is to disseminate information to prospective Applicants so they can develop and submit concept papers and potentially full applications for USAID/Philippines funding. This document describes the desired objectives and types of activities that can be considered for funding.Interested Applicants must comply with and be fully responsive to the process and requirements for submitting concept papers and potentially to participate in succeeding phases of the selection process as detailed in this Addendum and Annual Program Statement (APS) 72049220APS00001, which is posted on www.grants.gov.
