Description

The Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor (DRL) announces a Request for Statements of Interest (RSOI) from organizations interested in submitting Statements of Interest (SOI) outlining project concepts and capacity to manage projects in Burma supporting civil society efforts to investigate and document conflict-related sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV) for the purposes of pursing justice for victims and survivors, and accountability for crimes committed in violation of international human rights and humanitarian law.
