Description

The USGS is offering a funding opportunity to a CESU partner to develop a network model for evaluating the risk of dispersal of avian influenza viruses between East Asia and North America by northern pintail ducks. Specific research objectives: Develop a risk model for intercontinental IAV dispersal between East Asia and North America that quantitatively synthesizes data on northern pintail movement and IAV prevalence.
