Description
The U.S. Consulate General Peshawar Public Affairs Section (PAS) is seeking proposals for a grant organizing discussion sessions and workshops with the goal of creating a network of local government and civil society leaders from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) and Afghanistan. The implementer will be a legally recognized non-profit and non-governmental organization that meets U.S. and Pakistani technical and legal requirements to develop and implement public diplomacy programs as specified in Section C. Proposals should cover a one-year period of performance and specify activities to include members of traditionally underrepresented groups, including but not limited to women, people with disabilities, and leaders from the Newly Merged Districts.
