The Award Ceiling for Year 1 is 0 (none). CDC anticipates an Approximate Total Fiscal Year Funding amount of $500,000 for Year 1, subject to the availability of funds. The main goal of this NOFO is to build upon and enhance past and current activities to reach the goals of increased National Health Services (SNS) ownership, accountability, and capacity to manage the HIV national response and reduced HIV morbidity and mortality. The key objectives are to increase capacity and quality of strategic information (SI), prevention, treatment, and human resources for health (HRH) related to HIV/TB and STIs in the Dominican Republic (DR). Target populations and provinces will depend on epidemic needs and PEPFAR prioritization.
