The purpose of this modification is to incorporate changes to Funding Opportunity Announcement. Accordingly this modification, • Inserted certain deadlines, including the deadlines for submitting questions and Full Applications. See Cover Page and Required Documents Checklist. • Clarified the FOA is invite/reject in section VI.A.1. • Revised the following sections of the FOA to provide guidance on required application forms and the content and form of Full Applications: Required Documents Checklist and Sections IV.D, and IV.F of the FOA.
