Description

The funds made available under this NOFO will provide humanitarian relief to individuals and families encountered by the Department of Homeland Security under the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, Section 4008, and EFSP's authorizing statute for the program, the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act, 42 U.S.C. Section 11331-11352. The only eligible applicant for the funding under this NOFO is the National Board for the Emergency Food and Shelter Program.
