The Department of Justice is committed to advancing work that promotes civil rights, increases access to justice, supports crime victims, protects the public from crime and evolving threats, and builds trust between law enforcement and the community. This solicitation's purpose is to support enhanced collaborative model task forces to combat human trafficking, as defined by the Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA) of 2000 and its reauthorizations. This program will provide funding for services to victims of human trafficking, as defined by 22 U.S.C. 7102.
