Description

This NOFO will provide Fiscal Year 2021 funding to the National Board for the Emergency Food and Shelter Program (EFSP) in the amount of $130 million made available under the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 (Public Law No. 116-260) and EFSP's authorizing statute for the program, the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act, 42 U.S.C. sections 11331-11352. The only eligible applicant for the total funding is the National Board for the Emergency Food and Shelter Program.
