Description

Torture Victims Relief Act (TVRA) has assisted in the treatment and rehabilitation of individuals experiencing the physical and psychological effects of torture through direct service provision to survivors, their families, and communities. The program has partnered with international and local NGOs and has worked to strengthen the capacity of local institutions to deliver mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) services to survivors.
