Ladies/Gentlemen: The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Nigeria is seeking applications for a cooperative agreement from qualified entities to implement the OPPORTUNITIES TO LEARN (OTL) ACTIVITY in Nigeria. Eligibility for this award is unrestricted.
