The National Institutes of Health (NIH) hereby notifies the applicant community that funds may be available to provide Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to directly support the needs of the NIH Clinical Trials and Clinical Research Activities. Only applications submitted in response to a Notice of Special Interest (NOSI) published by an IC will be allowed to apply to this FOA.

• Nonprofits without 501(c)(3) status (other than higher education)
• Private institutions of higher education
• For-profit organizations other than small businesses
• Small businesses
