The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development’s Nepal Mission (USAID/Nepal) issues this RFI to provide stakeholders an opportunity to review, comment, suggest and enhance areas in the attached concept note for a planned new USAID/Nepal Equity and Inclusion in Education activity. USAID issues this RFI solely for information and planning purposes. This RFI neither constitutes a Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) nor a Request for Application (RFA). Further, this RFI in no way commits USAID to issue a NOFO or RFA or to make an award. USAID posts its competitive grants opportunities on www.grants.gov. It is the potential applicant’s responsibility to monitor this site for announcements of new opportunities.
