The objective of this NOFO is to invite federally recognized Indian tribes and tribal organizations to submit proposals for financial assistance for projects and activities that develop, manage, and protect tribal water and related resources.This NOFO also implements the Biden-Harris Administration’s priorities including Presidential Executive Order 14008: Tackling the Climate Crisis at Home and Abroad (E.O. 14008), and Executive Order 13985: Advancing Racial Equity and Support for Undeserved Communities Through the Federal Government (E.O. 13985).
