Description

This Funding Opportunity Announcement solicits applications to establish the Antiviral Drug Discovery (AViDD) program of multidisciplinary Centers focused on discovery and development of antivirals against coronaviruses (CoVs) and select RNA viruses with pandemic potential. Through this program, NIAID will encourage the development of antivirals that are effective against multiple viruses, technologies that can be widely applied to improve classes of antivirals, and platforms that can reduce the time and cost of creating new antivirals.
