Management, Habitat, Forest Resources, Urban Forestry, Moose Browse and White Spruce/Birch Management, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska.Assist JBER in managing forest resources to include addressing impacts from spruce bark beetle infestation, development of Silviculture Prescription Plans, providing enhanced winter habitat for cover, forage, and accessibility for moose on JBER, and reforestation activities to improve ecosystem functions such as carbon storage, wildlife habitat, and management of soil and water quality .
