Description

Pursuant to the Department of Justice Appropriations Act 2020, the Bureau of Justice Assistance is authorized to distribute FY 2020 appropriated funds "…for grants for law enforcement activities associated with the presidential nominating conventions." Statutory Authority: Department of Justice Appropriations Act, 2020, Public Law 116-93, 133 Stat. 2317, 2407.
