Request for Information(RFI): "Testing Capabilities and Facilities to Validate Hydropower Technology Innovations" The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Water Power Technologies Office (WPTO) seeks comments on the testing facilities and capabilities that will be needed by technology developers, manufacturers, designers, construction contractors, owners, regulators, researchers, and other stakeholders to validate and advance emerging and future hydropower technology innovations. This RFI is not accepting applications for financial assistance or financial incentives.
