The Resource Center on Workplace Responses to Victims of Domestic and Sexual Violence (Resource Center)(CFDA # 16.028) is authorized by 34 U.S.C. § 12501. The Resource Center provides information and assistance to employers and labor organizations to aid in their efforts to develop and implement responses to domestic and sexual violence impacting the workplace, including addressing the needs of underserved communities. If an applicant receives an award, the funded project is bound by this invitation to apply, the DOJ Financial Guide, including updates to the financial guide after an award is made, the Solicitation Companion Guide, and the conditions of the award.
