Dear Prospective Applicants: The purpose of this Amendment 1 is to provide answers to the questions received in response to the subject Request for Application (RFA) published on November 11, 2021 and formally modify the Request for Application. This Amendment No. 1 includes the following: (1) USAID’s Answers to the Questions submitted; (2) The formal amendment of the Request for Application and (3) An updated Attachment 1 containing a revised Budget Template. Thank you for your interest in USAID programs. USAID looks forward to submission of applications from interested entities.
