Description

USDA’s Food and Nutrition Service is now accepting applications for The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) Reach and Resiliency grant funding. TEFAP Reach and Resiliency grants are intended to expand TEFAP’s reach into remote, rural, Tribal, and/or low-income areas that are underserved by the program. Grant funding will provide TEFAP State agencies with an opportunity to re-envision how they can work with currently participating organizations and/or new partner organizations, to reach underserved populations in their State/Territory. At this time, $50 million in grant funding is being made available to TEFAP State agencies on a competitive basis. Please see the Request for Applications for a full description of allowable uses of grant funding and detailed application information.
