Description

The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs of the U.S. Department of State (INL) announces an open competition for organizations to submit applications to carry out a project to: design, manage, and administer training and certification for federal and state criminal analysts in tactical and strategic analysis to improve high-impact crime investigations linked to Transnational Crime Organizations (TCOs). The selected organization will coordinate with relevant federal and state actors to be determined by INL, to develop a standard in strategic and tactical analyses that meet CONOCER requirements.
