Announcing an open competition to promoting study abroad, focusing on U.S. undergraduate educational institutions. American and/or Japanese non-profit organizations or individuals may submit proposals to manage and administer programs designed to increase the number of Japanese students studying in the U.S. undergraduate schools.

  • Nonprofits with 501(c)(3) status (other than higher education)
  • Nonprofits without 501(c)(3) status (other than higher education)
  • Private institutions of higher education
