U.S. Embassy Tokyo’s Public Affairs Section of the U.S. Department of State announces an open competition for organizations to submit applications to carry out a program to arrange a U.S. exchange program for 6-10 Japanese university and government officials to travel to the United States to meet American peers focused on export controls and preventing sensitive technology transfer.
